High-efficiency collection models

We design collection systems that are tailored to the territory, efficient, traceable, and ready to evolve.

High-efficiency collection models redefine the concept of the service: it’s no longer just about collecting waste, but about recovering recoverable materials, generating reliable data and activating new shared-responsibility instruments.

Services

Every territory needs its own solution. We analyse the municipality’s reality and the results of the current service to lay out viable scenarios and define the most suitable collection model. We do this with solid technical and economic criteria, so the initial decision reduces risk, avoids cost overruns and eases the service rollout.

We turn the model into a contract that’s clear, complete and future-ready. We draft the technical and administrative specifications with legal and economic support, incorporating all service costs and the necessary complementary services. We design specifications that are flexible and updatable, able to adapt to regulatory, technological and operational change.

We support the operational, organizational and technological rollout of the new model. We work across teams with municipal staff, operators, technology providers and local stakeholders to ensure an orderly transition between models. We support the service rollout, the launch of identification and monitoring systems, and the communication actions needed to reduce risk and keep the whole process coherent.

We turn the service’s data into useful decisions. We design monitoring and analysis systems to optimise costs, improve source-separation results and strengthen transparency towards citizens. Monitoring allows the model to be adjusted, incidents to be resolved, and continuous improvement of the service to be sustained with data.
